Privacy notice

Effective July 11, 2026

This public pilot site collects information you submit through founding-list and nonprofit-support forms. When you create a contributor account, the authentication provider stores your account credentials and supplies the site with your email and name. The site also records task reservations, submitted calibration work, disclosed AI tool/model, process notes, human reviews, contribution credit, and basic audit events.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate interest, form and operate the pilot cohort, route nonprofit requests, attribute and review volunteer work, issue verified contribution credit, protect the program, and improve its design. It is not sold or used for advertising.

What not to submit

Do not submit client, beneficiary, donor, employee, medical, legal, financial, credential, safeguarding, or other sensitive information. Pilot intake is for high-level needs and participant contact details only.

Storage and access

Records are stored in managed Neon Postgres and the site is hosted by Vercel. Contributors can see their own work state. Approved reviewers can see submissions awaiting review, including contributor display names and tool disclosures. Configured administrators and stewards can see operational queues and support-request contact information. The site does not currently accept file uploads.

Retention and deletion

Founding-list and unqualified support-request data should be reviewed at least every 90 days and deleted when no longer needed. Calibration submissions, reviews, credits, and audit events may be retained through the pilot evaluation period to establish quality and contribution history. Participants may request correction or deletion using the contact method supplied with their pilot invitation.

Changes

This notice will be updated before public launch to identify the responsible legal entity, service providers, contact information, applicable rights, and any cross-border processing.
